Whether you are trying to cut back on your intake or simply cutting out alcohol for good, you can still create a good drink or two inspired by some of your favorite fruity cocktails. Blackberry Lemon Mocktail
This blackberry lemon mocktail is tangy and delicious, being a refreshing option for a late night dinner date with your partner. Super easy to make, it will surely please!
Serves : 4 Drinks | From Running To The Kitchen
Gather Together :
- 1/2 Cup of Fresh Blackberries
- 1/4 Cup of Sugar
- 1 Cup of Water
- 1/2 Cup of Pre-Made Lemonade
- 1 Lemon - Juiced
- Lemon Slices
- Seltzer or Club Soda
- Mint - To Garnish
Directions :
- Add the blackberries to a small sauce pan and mash them with a fork or potato masher until broken down into small bits.
- Add the sugar, water and lemonade and bring to a simmer.
- Simmer over low-medium heat for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture to remove the bits of blackberry, add the juice from the lemon and refrigerate the liquid until cooled.
- Once cooled, pour the liquid evenly among 4 glasses filled with ice cubes.
- Add seltzer until glass is full.
- Garnish with lemon slices, mint and extra blackberries.
Banana Pina Colada
The natural creaminess and sweetness from both the banana and coconut milk make this pina colada over the edge! This recipe is a delicious light version of the alcoholic counterpart.

- 2 Frozen Organic Ripe Bananas
- 1 Cup of Fresh Pineapple Chunks
- 1 Cup of No Sugar Added Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 Can of Organic Coconut Milk (Full Fat) - Frozen
- Coconut Flakes - For Garnish
- Fresh Pineapple Wedges - For Garnish
Directions :
- Add all of the ingredients except the coconut flakes and pineapple wedges to your blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into 4 glasses, serve each topped with coconut flakes and garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge.
Virgin Grapefruit Mojito
Whether you are looking for a lighter version for a brunch date with your partner or looking for a drink that is perfectly tangy and sweet, this will surely please!

Gather Together :
- 1/4 Ruby or pink Grapefruit - Cut Into Small Chunks and Seeds Removed
- 2 Tablespoons of Agave Syrup or Honey
- 12 Fresh Mint Leaves - Roughly Torn
- 1/2 Cup Pink Grapefruit Soda or Flavored Mineral Water - Plus More As Needed
- Mint Sprigs - For Garnish
Directions :
- Put the grapefruit pieces, agave and mint in a cocktail shaker. Using a muddler, smash the fruit until the juice is released. Add one cup small ice cubes to the shaker with the half cup soda; attach the lid and shake furiously until combined. Divide between two rocks glasses, add more ice if desired, and top off with additional soda. Stir, garnish with mint sprigs and serve.
Mango Moscow Mule
A little tangy with a little bite from the ginger beer, this virgin mango moscow mule makes an interesting twist on the classic.
Gather Together :
- 4-5 Slices of Cucumber
- 1 Ounce of Honey Syrup
- 1.5 Ounce of Mango Puree
- 1.5 Ounce of Fresh Lime Juice
- 1.5 Ounce of Ginger Beer
- Ice
Directions :
- Muddle cucumber and honey syrup in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the mango puree and lime juice and shake, covered, with ice vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a copper mug. Top with ginger beer and stir to incorporate.
Peach Bellini
A non-alcoholic version of the classic brunch drink, this version contains a little bit of peach to give it a little added kick!

Gather Together :
- 4 Ounces of Peach Nectar
- 4 Ounces of Sparkling Cider - (Or More To Fill Glass; Chilled)
- Optional Garnish: Peach Slice
Directions :
- Pour the peach nectar into a champagne flute. Slowly add the sparkling cider. Garnish with a peach slice, if available.
