For orders over $39.99:
- Enjoy FREE ground shipping in the United States.
- Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from the date you receive tracking information.
For orders under $39.99, our shipping options include:
- First Class. This option will have you enjoying your purchase in 3 business days from the date you receive your initial tracking information.
- Priority. This option will have your product at your door within 2 business days from the date you receive your initial tracking information.

Orders placed between November 15th and December 25th may be returned until January 30th.
Shipping Carrier: All items are shipped via USPS.
Tracking Number: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your package has been scanned at the initial USPS pick up location. Please note that the tracking number may not update for 24 hours from the date you receive your tracking number.
Delivery Issues: If your package has been marked as delivered by the carrier and you have not received the package, please check with neighbors and all possible locations first. If you are still unable to locate your package, please file a claim with USPS and send us visual proof of the resolved claim to email@example.com. We will be happy to help you with a replacement!
Orders are shipped in a padded, secure package. If your package is received damaged and your product is in non-working condition, please take pictures and contact our Customer Experience team: firstname.lastname@example.org.
International Shipping: For international orders delivering outside of the United States, the customer is responsible for any additional taxes, duties, VAT, or fees imposed by their country of origin prior to delivery or pickup.
International Shipping Carrier: Most international orders are shipped USPS International First Class Mail.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If within 30 days from your purchase date you are not completely satisfied, contact us at email@example.com for a return or exchange.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
At this time, we are only processing refunds for purchases made directly through our website (itouchwearables.com). If you purchased your iTOUCH product from a different store, returns would be handled through the retailer from where you purchased your product.

Please ensure that all contents from the item purchased are returned to us at the address below (the Quick Start Guide, the product itself, and any accessories included with the product). Once received, we will proceed with a refund/exchange for you.
