Shipping & Returns
We ensure all orders received are processed within 24 business hours. If you would like to change your order, or to cancel your order, be sure to email out to email@example.com as soon as you can as to avoid processing of your order.
- iTouch Wearables will only ship to the address provided. If the order is returned to sender for incorrect address, your order will be held, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.
- iTouch wearables ships via USPS traceable carrier. If your order shows delivered but not actually received you will need to reach out to your local carrier delivery service and track your package. It is possible at times the package is left with your neighbor. We can not assist after the carrier has notified us of the package being delivered.
- All orders are shipping in a padded, and secured package. If your package is received damaged, please take pictures of the package and message out to firstname.lastname@example.org for additional support.
