How To Minimize And Prevent Cellulite

Cellulite, or a dimpling of the skin, is completely normal and nothing to be embarrassed about. We all have it, and it can be difficult to avoid - especially on our upper thighs. Nonetheless, there are different ways to minimize and prevent cellulite from forming, so you can go back to being your best self without being self-conscious!

Exercise, Exercise, Exercise

We cannot stress this enough. One of the easiest ways to prevent cellulite is exercising and tightening those cellulite areas. We recommend trying our thigh slimming workout or booty lift workout to really target those areas. Any type of exercising will do though, as long as you're sweating. Sweat is the best way to keep your body healthy because it eliminates waste and bad toxins in your body, which can cause cellulite. Even walking just 30 minutes a day will make a tremendous difference.

Eat Healthier

Speaking of toxins, another way to minimize and prevent cellulite is cutting toxins out of your diet. You want to keep your body healthy and clean in all ways possible, so eating healthy is a must. Eating healthy requires a diet that is not high in sugars, deep fried foods, or saturated fats. You want to be consuming a lot of greens, fruits, and fiber. Meal prepping or meal plans are easy ways to help keep your diet on track.

Drink More Water

The next way to minimize and prevent cellulite is to drink lots and lots of water. You should be drinking at least 75 oz of water each day, or half your body weight! Drinking this much water also assists with flushing out those harmful toxins that are stuck in your body. You can still add flavors such as lemon to your water so it entices you to keep drinking more.

Try Dry Brushing

The last simple way to minimize and prevent cellulite is using a dry brush. Dry brushing is literally brushing your skin in a particular pattern, typically before you shower. By doing this, it helps to get your blood flowing, wash away those toxins, and exfoliate those parts of your skin.
