Did you know that the rowing machine was great for your heart muscles as well as the upper body? This machine can be used as a form of cardio. By doing about 30 minutes, you can increase stamina and overall strength. It accelerates the heart rate at a moderate intensity. As a healthy adult, you should experience an accelerated heart rate through exercise at least 5 times per week for about 30 minutes at a moderate level. At a more vigorous intensity, it should be at 20 minutes 3 times per week. If your machine doesn't have a heart rate monitor connected to it, is wise to invest in a small monitor that you can carry with you while you are at the gym. It is important to track your heart rate to stay safe and prevent from over doing it. iTouch Wearables also includes a heart monitor feature within their smartwatch products

The treadmill can cause many injuries, one being shin splints. If you are someone who suffers from joint pain or who had a joint-related injury, this machine is beneficial for you.
