For accurate 24-hour heart rate and sleep tracking, enable these features in the iTOUCH Wearables App. Wear the watch snugly about one finger-width above your wrist and remain still during measurements. Stress monitoring and breathing exercises need to be activated on the watch or app. Proper fit and stable conditions ensure the best accuracy for all smart health measurements.

24-Hour Sleep Monitoring & Sleep Score

AIR 5 continuously monitors sleep. Sessions must be longer than 2 hours to be recorded. If multiple sessions occur with gaps shorter than 1 hour, they are merged; longer gaps are treated as separate.

The sleep score (out of 100) is calculated using:

Water Resistance (IP68 Rated)

The iTOUCH AIR 5 is rated IP68 water resistant, meaning it is protected against dust and can withstand submersion in water up to 1.5 meters for up to 30 minutes under normal use. It is suitable for everyday activities such as hand washing, rain, and short-term shallow water exposure, but it is not designed for swimming, diving, or high-pressure water activities.

Connected GPS (Phone Required)

AIR 5 supports connected GPS, which requires a paired smartphone with GPS enabled. The watch does not have built-in GPS hardware. Route tracking, distance, and speed are dependent on the phone's GPS signal and location accuracy.
