Women should wear athletic attire and the correct bra. Sports bras can allow you to maximize your motion and support. Boxing gloves are usually provided by the workout class or gym you are attending. However, these gloves hold an enormous amount of germs. If you plan on kickboxing frequently, you should invest in a pair for yourself. Make sure your gloves have enough padding for your hands. They should be able to absorb the shock and stress put on your knuckles while punching. Any type of sneaker is fine for a kickboxing class. They do not have to be professional, just make sure they are all-purpose sneakers. They must have a stable fit and traction while punching. Further supplies that may be needed is a microfiber towel and water bottle. Microfiber towels are great for helping you absorb perspiration.
