To process your warranty claim, please fill out the form below and note the following:
- The iTouch Wearables warranty is only valid within the contiguous United States. All devices sent to us for repair or replacement under our warranty will only be returned to an address within the contiguous United States (excludes P.O. boxes, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or Hawaii).
- After submitting this form, you will receive an email copy of your submission. Customer Support will provide return authorization and a ticket number. All returns must include a ticket number.
- Once a ticket number is received, print out the form submission with your ticket number and include them with your returned device. Address provided by customer support.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping to and from our Warranty Center by trackable means (with tracking number).
- If your device does not meet the requirements for replacement as stated in our warranty, your claim will be denied and the device will be sent back to the original address.
- When sending back your device, include all bands or accessories that came with the original package.
