How Many Calories Are In Your Halloween Candy?

October 13, 2020 / Patrick Zavorskas

Who doesn't love Halloween?

In all honesty, Halloween has to be one of the best holidays around. It is a time for ultimate creative expression - a chance to be anything you want to be without a fear of judgement or fear. On top of that, it is a holiday of pure indulgence. For the person who argues that Thanksgiving is the ultimate binge fest, I raise the question about how many pieces of candy that woofed down after everyone is asleep to not feel guilty about it?  The thing is, while all of those candies may seem rather tempting at first, the end result may not be worth the binge.

If you are being cautious of calories, one piece of candy isn't going to hurt you. At an average of about 80-90 calories a piece (for a fun-size bar), the worst thing about each bar might be the sugar. The key to any food is simply just portion control. If you are curious to see how each of your favorite candies rank up, check out or ultimate guide on how many calories are in your Halloween candy.
